I have known Alma for over 15 years and value her expertise and professionalism in real estate. She listed our “old” house and was with us every step of the way – always contacting us for appointments, being present at the inspections which can be difficult with an old house, making sure all  documents were returned to our attorney and always cheerfully giving us the information that we needed to complete the sale on time! A job well done and a pleasure to refer her on to other sellers and buyers!

Her advise was invaluable and after making changes and putting it back on the market, I had 3 offers in 10 days. She also assisted me in finding my new home.
