Real Estate inventory continues to be very low in Basking Ridge. There are currently 137 properties for sale including condos, town houses and single family homes in town. Absorption rate is very low at 2.2 months, which equates to 15-20% of annual appreciation, indicating that a strong seller’s real estate market continues in Basking Ridge. Of course, absorption rate varies, depending on a price point and there are properties under contract in town that are not marked as such on GSMLS, therefore increasing absorption rate.
