Real Estate inventory is still low in Basking Ridge. There are now 115 properties for sale including condos, town houses and single family homes in town. Absorption rate is very low at 2.6 months, indicating a seller’s real estate market at the moment. Of course, absorption rate varies, depending on a price point and there are properties under contract in town that are not marked as such on GSMLS, therefore increasing absorption rate. There was quite a bit of real estate activity in Basking Ridge last week… 23 new properties came on the market, 9 were marked under contract and 4 closed.
