Real Estate inventory increased slightly in Basking Ridge. There are now 152 properties for sale including condos, town houses and single family homes in town. Absorption rate is still at 5 months, indicating a balanced real estate market at the moment. Of course, absorption rate varies, depending on a price point and there are properties under contract in town that are not marked as such on GSMLS, therefore increasing absorption rate. There was a great deal of real estate activity in Basking Ridge last week… 9 new properties came on the market, 4 went under contract and 8 homes closed last week.
