Real Estate inventory decreased further in Basking Ridge. There are now 147 properties for sale including condos, town houses and single family homes in town. Absorption rate is still low at 4 months, indicating a sellers’ real estate market. Of course, absorption rate varies, depending on a price point and there are properties under contract in town that are not marked as such on GSMLS, therefore increasing absorption rate. There was a great deal of real estate activity in Basking Ridge last week… 7 new properties came on the market, 9 went under contract and 16 homes closed last week.
