Real Estate inventory increased slightly in Basking Ridge. There are now 96 properties for sale including condos, town houses and single family homes in town. Absorption rate is low at 3.2 months, indicating a seller’s real estate market. Of course, absorption rate varies, depending on a price point and there are properties under contract in town that are not marked as such on GSMLS, therefore increasing absorption rate. There was quite a bit of real estate activity in Basking Ridge last week… 15 new properties came on the market, 9 were marked under contract and 1 property closed.
